今天是阿兑塔查尔亚的显现日，戒食到午，今天讲课主题是阿兑塔查尔亚。

Vishnu tattva – same person as Krishna but different form：维施努-塔特瓦，跟奎师那一样的人，但形象不同
Sakti tattva – the Lord’s potency：萨克提-塔特瓦，主的能量
potencies：不同的能量

for the creation of the material world the Lord has three incarnations known as Purusha avataras

Maha Vishnu – creates the total material world
Garbhadakasayi Vishnu – creates the varieties in each particular universe
Ksirodakasayi Vishnu/Paramatma – is the supersoul entering every atom and thus maintains everything

物质自然叫做“prakrti”(原质)，或如以下《萨特瓦塔坦陀》(Satvata-tantra，旧译《史瓦昙陀罗》)所描绘的主在不同的主宰化身中的能量：
　　“为了物质创造，主奎师那的全权扩展展示成为三个维施努。第一个是玛哈维施努(Maha-Visu)，他创造了全部的物质能量，名为“大实体”(mahat-tattva)；第二个是(Garbodakasayi Visnu，孕诞之洋维施努)，进入各个宇宙并在其间使其多姿多彩；第三个是期柔达卡沙伊·维施努，以遍存万有的超灵流布于各个宇宙之中，即Paramatma。即使在原子之中也不例外。认识三个维施努，就可望从物质束缚之中获得解脱。”

Sada Shiva – original Shiva situated beyond the material world, but not in the spiritual：萨达-希瓦，萨达的意思是纯粹的，原初的希瓦，他来自玛哈维施努。主希瓦的居所超越物质世界，但又不是在灵性世界。
Devi Dhama – material world：黛薇·达玛－物质世界
Mahesh Dhama – Abode of Lord Shiva：玛黑施-达玛－主希瓦的居所
Hari Dhama – Abode of Lord Hari：哈利-达玛－主哈利的居所
beyond that we have the abode of Goloka Dhama, abode of Lord Krishna－在此之上是哥楼卡-达玛，主奎师那的居所

Adwaita Prabhu moved to Shantipur and lived there for most of His life：阿兑塔帕布搬去了商提普，在那里度过了他的大部分时间
Sita Devi and Sri Devi were his two wives：悉塔·黛薇和施瑞·黛薇是他的两位妻子
Salagrama shila – special form of Lord as a stone. Different shapes of stones indicates different forms of the Lord：萨拉卦姆-西拉－主的特别的石头形体。不同形状的石头代表着主的不同形象。

[09-2-1 下午12:28:58] Yves Ayoun: we should try and compare how Gaudiya Vaisnavas look based on the brahmanical standard established by Srila Bhaktisiddhanta, especially for deity worship when one is required to be clean shaven, even under the arms. Many of the acaryas and even most of gaudiya devotees 100s of years ago had beard and had long hair. Seniority is not measured by length of facial hair but by expression of bhakti and preaching. We have to look at those apprearances in context of local culture and traditions of the time.
