pancanga-puja – five aspects of worship – 崇拜的5个方面
panca – five, anga – parts/limbs, puja – worship
Panca – 5, anga- 部分、四肢， puja – 崇拜
1st stage – abhigamana – approaching the temple
<<< 第一步：abhigamana--接近神庙
before going to the temple we take bath, put clean clothes, put on tilaka etc
cleaning the worship articles
在去神庙之前，我们先沐浴，穿上干净的衣服，涂上提拉克，清洁崇拜的物品
1st stage is preparation, we prepare ourself, we prepare the items of worship etc
第一步：准备的阶段，我们准备好自己，我们准备好崇拜的物品
2nd stage - upadana - gathering articles for worship
preparing flowers, tulsi leaves, food for offering, incens, garlands, etc.
第二步--upadana --把所有的崇拜物品放在一起，准备鲜花，Tulasi叶，供奉的食品，香，花环
3rd stage - yoga - becoming fixed in ones spiritual identity
第三步- yoga - 神定在灵性的身份，准备好自己的知觉，
对自己做好内在的准备，用mantra来净化自己
perform acamana, worship the spiritual master, remind ourself we are assisting him in the worship, remind ourself we are Krishna's servant etc
从事Acamana, 崇拜灵性导师，提醒自己在协助灵性导师做神像崇拜，提醒自己是奎师那的仆人，等等
4th stage - ijya - actual worship of the Deity
bathing the Deity, dressing,decorating, offering food, offering arati, putting them to rest
第四步-ijya-崇拜神像
沐浴神像，更衣，打扮，供奉事物，供奉灯仪，请神像休息
5th stage - svadhyaya - cultivation of devotional service
svadhyaya also means - study, cultivate
第五步- svadhyaya- 培养奉爱服务，也是学习的意思，是整个程序的一部分
